Shipping and returns
Each order is considered as a shipment. For multiple orders from the same user, the orders will be grouped into a single shipment shortly.
Average delivery time by express courier 48-72 hours (2/3 working days) for parcels throughout Italy.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within the national territory costs €6.00, with the exception of the islands where the cost for a single shipment is €7.00.

On-site collection is optional and is available for the following areas/postcodes :

Collection times: After receiving the order confirmation by email, you can collect within 7 days of receiving the email, during store opening hours.
After this period, neither the availability of the product nor the price displayed at the time of ordering will be guaranteed.
Note: In order to collect your order, you must show up at the store with an identification document and the order summary email that can be printed or shown on your device, otherwise it will not be possible to collect your order. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products are covered by a guarantee according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 “Consumer Code” . (see link)
To assert the guarantee, it is necessary to keep the accompanying invoice or the sales document that is delivered together with the package, and contact our customer service via email at info@onestore.moda .
The warranty is recognized provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee (where no different indications are given) is reserved for the private customer, who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity. In the event of a lack of conformity, One Store will restore the conformity of the product through refund/replacement.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
The refund/replacement occurs by receiving the product that is in conformity with the return. The return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
One Store allows you to make a simultaneous exchange or return of the purchased goods within the expected and indicated terms.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The goods must not be broken/deteriorated and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use.
In the case of material provided with specific packaging (envelope/box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
In case of products with supplier labels/tags, they must not be removed or damaged.
If the goods correspond to the above regulations, to make the exchange you must contact our Customer Service at info@onestore.moda communicating the references of your order, the items to be exchanged, the address, the date and any time preferences, to collect the goods to be replaced. The courier who will make the exchange, will deliver and collect the package at the same time at the agreed address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the legislation of 21 February 2014.
The right of withdrawal gives the customer the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods. The operation must be done by registered mail to this address:

SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
The seller (according to Art. 56) reimburses all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The seller makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement. The seller may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods back or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS
The consumer returns the goods or hands them over to the seller to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to bear it or has failed to inform the consumer that such cost is to be borne by the consumer.
